FAQs

For most projects, building permits are not required. Relying on our experience working with architects, engineers, designers, and suppliers, our design build process can get your project underway as fast as you can make your decisions. There is usually a 1-month lead time for getting custom and special order materials, and depending on the complexity of your project, you should expect our team to be on site for 3-5 weeks.

Our clients measure their return on investment in different ways. Homeowners might not measure it at all and just enjoy the complete makeover that exterior renovations provide. But new building materials also create lower maintenance costs and often reduce heating and cooling expenses. For those selling, we have had clients report ROI of over 5x. There is no doubt that an exterior makeover is the most dramatic change you can make to your curb appeal.

All of our clients are offered some addresses to view as part of the process of working with us. We encourage you to have a look at our past projects online and in person to get a sense of the tremendous pride and integrity behind our work. We believe in a job well done, and have the portfolio to prove it. Let us show you how we can transform your home.

Shane will spend time with you at your site talking through your ambitions and your scope and will work out a preliminary proposal from there, including pricing and timing. We have an extensive collection of samples, images from past projects, and links to our supplier Look Books to help you make your design decisions. From the preliminary scope we will work hand in hand with you to refine the scope of work to best suit your ambitions, budgets, and timelines. This process often takes a few weeks for the most complex projects, allowing you to have time to make decisions before signing off on our selections.
