This iconic building on the north end of Whistler was a treat to update. Classic lapsiding in firehall red on a big expanse. There was some tricky envelope details as usual in Whistler, with snow piling up around buildings, but the team was in and out as planned: one key to renovating the firehall was ensuring our scaffolding and access equipment never delayed emergency vehicles at the bay doors.
