This Squamish carriage house near the hospital was helmed by one of Squamish’s excellent General Contractors, Alair Homes, who we continue to partner with. The homeowners liked traditional board and batten design, but wanted a very modern take. They also focused on future-proofing this envelope, and the siding was built atop 2” of mineral wool insulation, with custom flashing work in most details.
